Delivery & Returns
Orders are despatched first class by Parcelforce or Royal Mail.
Orders over £40 qualify for free Delivery.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your goods to us for a full refund (not including delivery) within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless the goods are faulty.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The credit or debit card you used for payment will be credited with any refund once we have confirmed that the goods are in their original condition or faulty.
If a product is purchased at a discounted price, only the discounted amount can be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Loaningside, Balfron, Stirlingshire, G63 0QF, United Kingdom.
