If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your goods to us for a full refund (not including delivery) within 30 days or by the end of January in the case of orders in December. We pack all of our orders here by hand and carefully inspect all of the items we send before they are despatched. If, however, the goods are faulty, we will replace them or offer a refund. Please let us know that this is what you want to do by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and sending your item to: Loaningside, Balfron, Stirlingshire, G63 0QF.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and you can choose whether you want a refund or a repalcement. The credit or debit card you used for payment will be credited with any refund once we have confirmed that the goods are faulty.
If a product is purchased at a discounted price, only the discounted amount can be refunded.
