We all want to recycle as much plastic as possible.  But I can't be the only person to find the plethora of recycling symbols so confusing that half the time I'm not sure what can be recycled and what can't.  So many of the symbols look so similar it seems that you have to be an expert to tell them apart.  And, of course, I don't want to ruin what can be recycled by putting in things that can't.

Which is why I've come up with this handy tea towel. It shows me quickly and easily what each symbol means and whether I can recycle that bit of plastic or not.  Problem solved.  I put it on a tea towel because most plastic containers find their way to the kitchen on the way to the bin or the recycling bin.
